Still Life With Banksias And Tomatoes (framed Work On Paper) by Kirsty Mcintyre

ARTIST NOTES: This small work on paper is the first in a small series. In this work I have relaxed back into a more realistic style and just enjoyed the beauty of the banksias and freshly picked tomatoes from my garden.

ARTIST BIO

Self taught initially, I recieve regular private tuition with Ron Reynolds and am a member of the Victorian Artists society.

My work is held in private collections around Australia and overseas, including Paris and New York.

I am represented online by the Bluethumb online gallery, and by Satchandco gallery in Holbrook. I will be the feature artist at the 2018 Roberts McCubbin primary art show in 2018 and will be taking part in a group exhibition at the Victorian Artists Society in early 2019.

Recent awards include the 2017 Judges choice at the Whitehorse art show, and Best in show at the 2018 Warranwood art show.
